We are proud to reveal that we are also working in partnership with a the Taiwan Postal Service. We aim to keep the shipping fee's as reasonable as possible, shipping time as efficient as possible, and obviously avoid damages.

When the preordered item has arrived, and you decide that you no longer want the item, you will be given a full refund. However, we operate a '3 strikes and you are OUT' policy. We value patience, and customer loyalty more than anything else. Individuals who routinely cancel items, demand refunds, or display inappropriate behavior toward staff will be banned from the store permanently. 

All items are packaged in sturdy boxes, we would never dare to give a collector figures in a padded envelope! Packaging involves careful measuring/weighing so that we can conform to the shipping requirements laid out by Taiwan's postal service.

Quinee is responsible for all packaging. She is the best in the business, her packing is LEGENDARY! We use bubble wrap, air pillows, and plastic corner wedges for extra protection (thermal detonator proof!)

Payment method  

PayPal is the most efficient and safest way to pay. We encourage our collectors to sign up, and create a PayPal account. We only accept Goods & Services, and always send customers a company invoice with full description of item/s purchased. 

Reminder: If you pay for an item(s) and then demand a refund because you decided to change your mind, and purchase them elsewhere, you will not be asked again. Once you pay you put your trust and loyalty in us to fulfil your order, and this relationship goes both ways! 💗

SHIPPING DISCLAMIER:

Shipping Methods listed at Buyer’s Risk. In the eventuality that your item arrives damaged, or vanishes into the Bermuda Triangle we will consider solutions on a case-by-case basis. However, ultimately we can not be held accountable for the behavior of the shipping companies or individual postal workers.

Obviously, if the mistake is on us then a refund and/or other agreed upon solution is 100% guaranteed, and we do all we can to keep healthy long-term relationships with our client collectors.
